I sit at a computer all day and accumulate tension because I don’t get to get up and move. When I come to Yoga Nidra, I am tense in the shoulders, neck and all the way up into my scalp. That’s where I hold tension. When I leave class, I’m totally relaxed. I have no tension anywhere. It’s wonderful.
